At 24.10.2012 we organized lessons for pupils of classess Ia, Ib and Ic from the school in Lubycz Królewska. During the presentation we talked about Natura 2000 network, about xerothermic grasslands and the Life + project "Conservation and restoration of xerothermic grasslands in Poland - theory and practice". The participants were surprised that the project is realized in the vicinity of the Natura 2000 "Żurawce" site, which is relatively close to their school. It seems that the most intereesting wass the presentation of the mechanism of dispersal of seeds of Stipa grasses.
